Recital is Saturday, February 25. Every student will perform with their ensemble, a graded performance. Soloists will perform their solo at Recital as well. If you have other commitments on Saturday, February 25 that need to be worked around, please contact me by Thursday, February 9. I can only request that your performance(s) be in the morning or afternoon, specific times will not be granted.
Also, Contest time requests are due to me by Thursday, Feb. 16.

Due to a major conflict on Tuesday, April 24th with the 7th and 8th grade Pops Concert, we have moved the concert to Thursday, April 26th. The time and place will stay the same the date is the only thing changing. Please mark your calendars.

38 7th & 8th Grade Choir and Band students participated in the Illinois Music Educators District Festival at Augustana College on Saturday. The students were a part of outstanding ensembles and were great representatives of Geneseo Middle School. Congratulations to all who participated!!

We were scheduled to have our Band and Choir yearbook pictures today, but they are moved to Thursday as we want to take the pictures outside. All students need their choir t-shirts Thursday.
